  • How to order?
    • (1) By messaging: SMS/WhatsApp to 8181 9833 (No Calling. This number operate Monday to Saturday, 10Am to 7Pm Only) (2) By email: info@sgappliances.com (3) By counter - Make appointment to visit our office from 12pm to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday (Sunday & Holidays Off) We are located: Block 1016 Geylang East Ave.3 #04-151, Singapore 389731. (Next to Paya Lebar MRT, use Exit "C". Opposite Paya Lebar Square)
  • Are prices in the website subject to 9% GST?
    • Prices over our website is nett. We don't charge GST.
  • Do you have a show room to view the products?
    • Yes, but we do not have all the products on display. Kindly check with us on the products you wish to view before coming over. However, as a Ceiling Fan specialist, we have more than 20 numbers of Ceiling Fan on display for you to view and test. Small items (ie. Lighting / Bathroom accessories / Faucets) are able to show you if they are available in our office. Wide screen monitor is available in our office to assist you choosing our products too.
  • Can I collect the products over the counter?
    • Yes you are welcome to collect the products over our counter provided they are available. Please let us know One Business Day in advance: (1) Brand & Model Number (2) Color (3) Quantity and make an appointment before coming for collection. Please take note that certain products we may request full payment first before collection.
  • What are the payment modes you accept?
    • We accept (1) Cash (2) PayNow (3) Bank Transfer. We work hard to reduce the rising cost in order to provide you a better price. Thus we do not have NETS, PayPal or Credit Card payment modes which incur financial charges.
  • Are all products in the website come with free delivery?
    • Some products do come with free delivery and some are not. Products that come with free delivery are marked with Free Delivery "ICON":

      Products that do not come with free delivery are subject to delivery charge of minimum S$10 per trip, depend on location. You may choose to collect the products over the counter to avoid delivery charge.

  • Do you provide installation on the products over the website?
    • We do not do installation.

      We can pass you contacts of installer (ie. handy-man/contractor) if you need one. Depend on the items you purchase, we can help you to arrange with the installer to pick-up your items on your behalf before they proceed to your place. You may liaise with the installer directly on their charges and workmanship before engaging them. You may then pay them directly upon installation. Our introduction of installer (ie. handy-man/contractor) to you is obligation free on our end.

  • Can I ask for return, exchange or refund after purchased?
    • Payment or deposit made are non-refundable. We will arrange refund when the good/s you purchase are not available or out of stock. Goods delivered and accepted are non-returnable, nor exchangeable. Goods ordered before delivery are allowed to change to another color or other product models in our website. Customized items are not allowed to change after ordered.
  • Are all products featured in your website come with warranty, and who provide the after sale service?
    • Not all products come with warranty in the market. Example are Mirror, Towel Rod, and Basin. Products that come with warranty are covered by the respective brand's agent or distributor. You are advised to clarify the warranty and exchange policy with the respective brand's agent or distributor before making a purchase.
